Either works for her. Even someone doesn't use characters I offer in my games they generally get used as opposition

Sometimes that works well, but for very experienced players sometime we may not exactly have what they want.

I don't strangely enough go out to try and kill characters but sometimes it does happy. Especially in the Pladium system (rifts and such)

yup. Well Slayers d20 DnD stats they had alot of extra fun rules added to the game to make it more comical. Examples Iron Will gives a +4 to will saves but also gives an obession, Great Fort also does the +4 bonus but the character has to eat 3 times as much, Lightning Reflex's causes a person on a roll of 1 on a reflex save or attack to lose an action but they also get the +4 bonus

Well its hard to get but it is available as a hardcopy. It was from Guardians of Order under the d20 system. You might still be able to get a copy
