Hrm... it looks like you filled in with paint bucket tool in the dark area of the mouth. Nowhere in the rest of this so I'd guess it's not meant to be that way? Ahhh well, I'd say fix it if you want to keep the quality the same all around.

It shouldn't be hard to edit after it's saved. Save a copy as a Photoshop document and all the layers and settings and everything should be retained so you can pick up again on it later. D:
