This is Julie Poppen

During her final performance as a Popstar she song a verse so intense that it broke her from the inside out. She was later thrown out and replaced. A while later she was found by Walkie, and was repaired to better handle Metal. Cuz of the verse that basically destroyed her, whenever she sings now she admits electricity. She can use this electricity at anytime.

Julie is one of Walkie's best friends/their bodyguard
