pure awesome thats what this is, and well dragons arnt too different from birds if we go by evolution aesthetics and feathers are the same compound and material as well...hair, quetzacotl had a feathery mane, so could be feathers rather then "hair" but since it is jet black and with the level quality of graphics back then its a bit hard to tell, but then again it is for toony reasons, so not everything has to make sense
