Quick warmup doodle to make sure I get into a drawing mood today.Team Scrappy attempts to go use their evolution scroll they got at the Fireworks Bonanza.

I have no ideas for a fourth character and I don't really see the point in filling the last spot unless I have a reason to. "Just because" seems like a bad reason to create a new character. I guess if I at some point decide Ellie and Pink should adopt another kid, sure?

I think it would be cool for non-evolving PokΓ©mon to use the scroll to change their move-sets if they so desired. Make it a a general 'training scroll.'
