Made though Splicing Rein. Leather Armour and the NCR Duster, the head came with one of the armours and cutting it out caused difficulty in finishing the collar.Related content

I wish there were more options like this when it comes to clothing in Fallout. Mixing and matching. Would definitely make the wasteland inhabitants seem more diverse and unique.

I sort of love this comment now that hindsight has kicked in. Given in Fallout 4 there is an element of it what with there being "Armour" elements that can be worn over clothing.
