Art is ResistanceSince some want a bit of an explanation of the piece, I feel somewhat inclined to provide one. However, I've always believed that it's up the interpretation of the viewer, because although I made it, it's the viewer who brings their own vision to the piece and understands it in their own way that makes it what it is. Me telling you what it means basically kills your own interpretation.
And actually, most of the comments so far have be great because people are telling their own conceptualization of it. Needless to say, it's fantastic that people are.
So, that is why I am reluctant to give one.

yeah! long live the resistance but i follow you on how people intrepret art but theres debates if that doesnt work but yeah what is it with sharp things hurting it fuking hurts but iiiii do tend to poke people with sharp things yeah but you know that whole thing about the sense of humor thing shes right but the part where people get a good spook as a payback from the joke but the rebels lives in all of us my friend yeah the but if you want critique it would never hurt to try the darkarts on top of what you just did apparently be optimistic..... i hoped you like the joke . but i think theres more to it than just that well i hope my critique helped you know i just thought about a person like me in other shoes would not be so nice they tend to lose themselves in a world of blindrage it makes me feel good to know i can provide this from my end cause my ends is a really fuked up place ...im not lieing either dude

My insight is of an artist trying to find himself or herself in the realitly of how many criteria's exist but can't be sure of what to do with their artistic abilities. Their lost trying to find themself is what I'm probably getting at...Anywho very expressional piece of work,what a concept to grasp of loveliness and though haha

Great art works on multiple levels. Even sans the title this can be understood by most people and would garner a second look to anyone just browsing dA or who saw it from the corner of their eye. Brilliant and beautiful.
