Lee's entry for the moon festival * O *///

They're slightly different from traditional type of mooncake, known as 冰皮月餅 or 雪餅 (Ice-skin Mooncake or Snow-cake). They are much simpler and quicker to make, and typically doesn't require baking process so less chance of screw-up for an average home-cook like Lee LOL ;;; (Rather, I had to think of something I could realistically make myself IRL cos I'm such a low-experience cook /keeps away from the oven lskjdfls;fs)

His version of it has a chewy skin made from 白玉粉 (glutinous rice flour) and flavored/colored with matcha powder. Filling is strawberry-vanilla icecream atop a thin layer of chocolate cookie then pressed into a leaf mold to suit the autumn festival///

A light dessert without the extra oil/calories that are typically loaded in a traditional mooncake, haha * q * okok that's all~
