I'm in a tie of Lapis and Jasper to honest.
Lapis has back story we don't ear much about, but sounds rather interesting.
Jasper however, is the type of villain that never lets the audience know what she actually wants. Never let's the "good guys" get in your way, not without a fight, but a flat defeat.
Now that I think about, it's probably Jasper.
