I don't think we ever gave him a name. One of two of ArtsandStuff's old water starter pokemon ideas that he let me have when he decided he didn't want them. A little mouse that looks like a fishing lure. His original version was much simpler, so I emphasised the tail more by adding some floof and making it dark grey.He has an evolution, but am not sure how to improve him yet so that will be coming later.
