Stats: no change from Unovan Fraxure
Moves: scratch, leer, bite, false swipe, assurance, spite, slash, shadow sneak, scary face, crunch, grudge, breaking swipe, focus energy, hex, curse, outrage, destiny bond, giga impact

Pink's Notes: I have never seen one evolve, so I don't know how it manages to achieve this form. It can even evolve further, but I never see them move, so I assume something is happening on the inside. It opens its mouth every so often, and I hear a haunting rasping noise as it breathes. Like its evolution, it remains still until it is approached, so some boss pokemon use them to detect trespassers. If a Fraxugene moves, something has wandered where it shouldn't be.

Design: continuation of the regional form fo Axew I made solely to make a pun on the song "Careful With That Axe, Eugene". For whatever reason his arms were the hardest part.
