Designers: ...me, I guess? I designed it visually but had a lot of help with stats and stuff
Design: I went with a meerkat look for this one. The scales thing and covered eyes are a nod to the Justice is Blind saying. It used to have a tail, but I forgot it, and I think I prefer it without. The scarf around the waist looks kind of awful, so I'll probably redo it eventually. For types, i wanted something with not a lot of weaknesses. I could've done something with no or one weakness, but I also wanted it to partially look like the type it is. In the end, I settled on Steel Fairy. I might change it later.
