Description
I originally made this character when I was 13 and she was literally just a ripoff of brightheart from the warriors series - her name was even lostface lmfao.

I have a sentimental attachment to her after all these years, so I decided to attempt to make her more original. she was originally used as a way to vent my emotions, so most of my drawings of her from back in the day depict her as sad most of the time. I want to turn her into more of a positive character now!

this is her new backstory:
dia had a horrible experience when she was an eevee that left her critically injured (I'm thinking maybe something tried to hunt her since dex entries do mention pokemon hunting and eating each other a lot-) she escaped with her life, but lost an ear, an eye and most of her tail. she became very timid after that and spent a lot of her time in hiding, her appearance would often frighten away pokemon that usually weren't hostile. dia adapted by becoming nocturnal so she could safely look for food and not be seen, that is how she came across her adopted family - a clefable accompanied by some clefairy and cleffa. the gentle-natured pokemon took pity on the little eevee and took her in. over time, dia began to build her confidence again with her new family. the affection dia felt towards them eventually resulted in her evolving into an umbreon.
