I had an idea like this, only a bit different. In my mind you could see that the 2 people were sitting on the ridge of the world, which is in fact, flat. But I wasn't really sure how to draw that clearly. And also I wasn't sure what to draw it with.But then I remembered the website [link] where you can use tools for making digital paintings, opacity and stuff.
So anyway, I came out with this. ^^

I like it. It's thought provoking. It also reminds me of the Pirates of the Carribean 3 trailer. I think they go like right to the edge of the world... Anyway, I love the colours.
