Nations of American Indians were not recognized and those Indian nations didn't own or practice what a nation with borders are. Some of the most deplorable parts of our country (Alaska and the Midwest) are made up of those indigenous people who we've tried to 'help' with stipends, enable with stipends as a restitution. This is a proven FACT.
