This girl is younger than Kazuki and Tomoko by a year. She is younger than Sakiko by two years.Name and meaning:

Note: when Genin: she had no idea how to create a rasengan, jyuken or do any other byakugan stuff( see note 2)
Note 2: she only activated her byakugan when she became 14 years old. The rasengan , she had trouble with, because she lacked the byakugan to comprehend the flow of the chakra and almost lost the use of her hand in her childhood days but when her byakugan began to activate, she finally started to master some of her father and mother's jutsus and before that, she was called useless by some of the hyuga elders( who still unfortunately live, due to Hinata's mercy, but anyway, Naruto did attack them and made them see sense... eventually)
3) she can use the summoning jutsu but due to a childhood incident, she can only summon Panda bears.
