Very nicely done indeed, love the details and shadeing with great lineart, though for a tank your ground clearance seems a little low and the tracks kinda look too small for that big a hull. With small tracks you get high ground preassure, for as your discription states a light tank thats not at a glance all that bad but the tracks just dont seem to fit the hull at all and along with the low ground clearance given mostly what a light tank has to rely on in combat is its terrain crossing features and speed um it just aint a good mix given you just wont have the grip and what grip you do have is in a (relative to the tank) small area.
Marvelous looking still though.

Umm... Yeah you right about that. Well at first I design it to be use as urban warfare and it also use the rubber base wheels just like the APC. But they don't like it so I have to make a immediately change on it design.
