Actually I use color mech-pencil for the sketches (must be blue or green color not a normal black one). Then I use a pen to draw the out line.
Next I scan it with text mode! The reason that I scan it with text mode because I don't need to erase the sketches before I scan it (trust me the sketches will not be seen!). And the last I add some details with the tablet. that's all!
