Description Something i'm working on at the moment. It's raining buckets outside so I decided to stay in and experiment with baking sculpy onto a Qee (kindly provided by )

NOTE:
If you try this at home, please be careful! The plastic gets very hot and can give off toxic fumes. Also bake at 120 instead of the usual 130. When you take the model out of the oven it's head will be very loose, so put it in a cool place to reset (don't try to twist his head around as it may come off) Hehe!

Fave to get updates on this project! I'm eager to paint it so watch this space!

I'm in London till 3AM then I'll be in spain. Bradley's mum has a villa out in Alicante and I was invited along. Will be good to get out of the country for a bit. They have lots of spanish countryside behind the villa where I can go chase little lizzards for 14 days. Woohoo! Heaven. :3

Have lots of fun with Mat in London. Go to the British museum with your cameras and look out for a bust in the enlightenment room with a polystyrene cup on his head. Haha! If you do get me a good photo. I find it so funny! ^^

What is a Qee and where can I get one? This is going to be super cute!

(If you didn't want to bake stuff, you can use apoxy sculpt which is an air-drying epoxy and so no baking of moosh head plastic critters!)

[link] or you can buy them from funky urban toy/comic shops. This was a Do-It-Yourself custom Qee, but you can buy ones already painted by street artists etc. ^__^ This one glows in the dark. Hehe! He even glowed in the oven when I baked him.

I have used the air drying stuff in the past, but I don't have any sandpaper on me at the moment. Good idea though. Better than poison fumes.

You should pick up a heat gun at Joann fabrics so you don't have to deal w/ the toxic fumes as much. It works wonders.

Oh yeah. I use it on Sculpy all the time. It's how I cooked my Pinky St. Customs. ^^
