For Stardust, I was thinking that she loves Jetfire (he's basically Skyfire, but they changed it to Jetfire for the game), but she is a spy, she had to go undercover and become a Con to get intel towards the end of the war, (but before the whole Prime series happened). Since she couldn't tell Jetfire any of this, she broke up with him and had to lie to him. That hurt her more than what she had her trinemates do, because she could tell them her mission.

Aww, thanks! hehe, yeah. I just give her the worst luck sometimes! Especially in the Prime and IDW comics series, but I in Prime I do plan a happy ending for her.
It is that 10 years after the end of the Prime series, when she is on Cybertron. She gets a surprise where she reunites with her trinemates and Jetfire is there with them, so she tells him the truth and he forgives her and they lived happily ever after!
