It's lovelorn skunk Fifi La Fume from Tiny Toon Adventures! Tiny Toon Adventures ran for 100 episodes from 1990 to 1995, check the comments below for the show's intro. I don't take requests but this one was a suggestion and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. This is surely just the first of my artwork of the Tiny Toons crew.
