"Oh Lor, just a few more stops, and we'll have you all fixed up. Then, to my destiny." Magolor giggled, pulling out a Star Map. "I've already got a path prepared to reach Halcandra's Dangerous Dinner volcano." Lor hummed, a synthesized voice saying,

"Magolor, perhaps save your charting until my mast is returned to me. I'd prefer to be whole before I make any cross-dimensional voyages." The Halcandran cut himself off.

"Of course, Lor. I can wait for Kirby and the rest to return with your mast. Why, I'd bet they've nearly found i-"

"Hey, Magolor!" Kirby shouted, rushing towards the mage, startling him. "We're back!"

"Kirby..! What're you doing back so soon?"

"We found all the Energy Spheres here, so we came back!"

"Ah..." Magolor really looked at Kirby. He recognized the cockscomb, cape, and wand of Kirby's Beam Copy Ability, but...

The hat and cape were too long. The wand was long enough to be considered a staff, and the jewel was red instead of blue. And... frilled gloves? "Kirby, what are you using?"

"Oh, I had to use Flare Beam! So, I decided to show you before all the power weens out of me! After all, we found all four Energy Spheres with time to spare!"

"...Isn't this one of those "Super Abilities"..?"

"Yeah."

"...And you brought it here..?"

"Mmhmm!"

"KIRBY! YOU DECIDED TO BRING ONE OF YOUR MOST POWERFUL TECHNIQUES HERE JUST TO SHOW ME?!"

"Well, yeah! You're my friend, and you always look so fascinated with my Copy Abilities, so I figured I'd show you!"

Super Abilities are just really cool, and I don't know how I'm going to design Grand Hammer, so... FLARE BEAM IT IS!

Also, rarepair hell. One so awful, not even A03 has a tag for the thing. Oh well. (Addendum, apparently there is a tag for Magolor/Kirby, I just hadn't found it. My bad.)
