XD I love it. On the technical side I think it'd be more impressive if the darks were reaaaly dark, like if you went in with an 8B, just to make it pop more. That's something I have trouble making myself do and my art teacher got on me all year about it XP So I notice that now XP
The only reason I said anything is because if you were to stick this next to your most recent piece, the one of the mourning mother, that one would draw your attention. Why? because it has a greater range. This one is, upon closer inspection, the better piece: but it won't draw attention because it doesn't exhibit the full range that pencil is capable of. It's still awesome though XD

I know what you mean! I did this over a year ago... when all I had was a .7mm mechanical pencil. I want to, and should redo alot of my older pieces because I think that I could do them a lot better. I desparately want to get some more pencils....

I know the feeling. Thankfully I can usually get my parents to pay for my supplies, since I still live with them, it just takes some convincing

of course! your whole gallery is awesome. you have a really unique style. I like your sort of twisted or exaggerated impressions of the figures. the facial expressions are all wonderful and the way you show anatomy, skin textures and abnormalities is great!
