Zukali is a trolless corrupted by the Old Gods, convinced she's talking to the loas.

I imagined her as a lone wolf type, not caring about tribes and all that, and obsessed only by the loas. For a long time, she tried to summon them by rituals, and she managed to contact one once. She exiled herself from the tribe and travelled here and there, tracking that voice now in her head.
The voice she hears however is not from a Loa, but an Old God. She followed their orders and became a shadow priest, but she’s still convinced that she’s favoured by the Loas. The Old God is slowly eating her mind and as time passes, she just becomes crazier and more dangerous.
