Lol, its best to refer to Crona with both she and he pronouns, in the manga they used both she and he so it makes sense that perhaps Crona prefers both pronouns when being spoken to or about

Yeah. I usually just use Crona's name repeatedly instead of pronouns. Crona's gender is just "Crona"
