Description
After two days of figuring how to use a palette/swatches thing, I finished off Volkner : )As most know, he's the Pokemon Sinnoh gym leader---last of the bunch. While he doesn't have a Pichu (and certainly not one with a tattoo) I thought it'd be cute.
I'm tempted to do a whole batch of them : )
