Welcome to the Delilah Region! Here's the water starter!Shrick, The Lil Warrior Pokémon
Name Origin: SHRImp "sea creature" and kICK "a figthing move"

Abilities: Primary-Torrent Instead of boosting Water-type moves' power, Torrent now technically boosts the Pokémon's Attack or Special Attack by 50% during damage calculation if a Water-type move is being used, resulting in effectively the same effect.
Other abilities: Shell Armor, Steadfast
(Hidden ablilty Scroll of the Sea Ups all stats when damaged (but Attack, Special Attack, and/or Speed will up all the time and be the highest.) Merges both Water and Fighting moves into one typing. )

Body Style
Body with fins (yes the hair like stuff going outside its helmet are also fins)/ Multipled Body with tail (why two body styles instead of one? well Shrick have hair-like fins growing on the top of its head and it can have 6 to 12 limbs. Why 6 to 12 limbs? Shrick can cut the length & witdh of its 6 already existing limbs into half)

(although it doesn't matter because Delilahan Pokemon will breed with any pokemon despite thier genders, egg group, etc.)

Note: All the moves will be saved inside the Pokémon's mind and can be switched during and in between battles (Delilah move pool can have up to six moves in battle at a time).

Marvelous Earthlings:
Despite their small size, Shricks can pack a punch! No seriously they can hurt and kill you if they really need to. However, they are very loyal and try to even sacrifice their own life to protect you. Some professors find them very helpful especially scientists who study water and Ice types Pokémon. Why you may ask? The reason is that they are natural leaders who knows best for everyone. They can fight with all of their limbs by standing on its scythe tail end. They are also very speedy and can lift 500 their own weight! Shricks don't taunt when they win or be a sore loser when they lose. In fact they play a good game (or GG for short)
Astounding Spacebeings:
Many professors who studies Water and Ice types love this little shrimp because they are leaders and very loyal. They love to fight with all of their limbs. Even their tails have some combat strength to it! They are very speedy and quick on their feet when they are hurt. Shricks play a fair game when it comes to battles. Even fighting a legendary they seem very calm. Oh! Be careful not to upset or treat one unfairly or else...

Fun fact I'm also doing another project called "Rebuilding the Pokedex" where I will make Gender differences, New designs for Pokemon, changing the Pokemon's type, Gender ratio, Movesets maybe egg group, fuse Pokemon evolution lines (if their Ideas and concepts are similar), and other things. Compare Shiny Shrick with I think Shiny Oshawott and you'll see why your shinies are better than Game Freak's.
Also, I think it would make sense for Lucario to have gender differences. Could you do that? I have a list of other changes I would like somewhere on my computer or something, from me thinking about what I'd change about the official Pokémon, but that change is the first one I thought of from that list.

Yep, I can see why you say that Shiny Shrick is better than Shiny Oshawott, For one Shrick's Shiny form has a better color scheme and Isn't another shade of blue or Shrick's original colors.
Sure thing! How about making the females have a darker shade of blue and make their bodies slightly smaller and slimmer? Does that sounds good or is there something specifically you want me to include?
