I see some subtile differences in his skin tone making him pop a little bit more. I like that a lot. The hair that you made looks really good.
The only thing I don't like is the fact that you drew the whole lip line. Erasing parts of the lip line or just going over them would make this complete because the lips look out of line compared to what you did with the rest of the portrait.
