Agreed, and I was wondering why "Applejack" never shook the mud off. And dang, Rarity completed those events just like Applejack would. Pie in one bite, grapes in one swoop, all the apples in one throw, Rarity's goooood.

And why "Applejack" had blue eyes. It was really sweet taht Rarity was willing to go to those lengths (completely covered in mud) just to win Sweetie Belle back.

I agree. I loved the episode, but would have loved it more if there had been more Scootaloo. Even if it was just a dash. Likewise I would have loved it more had there been more Rainbow Dash evven if it was just a scootch more.
