There are four bells on each of her limbs, four around her waist and head, three around each of her shoulders, two on her tail and a single golden bell around her neck.

While both Harlequin and Clown originate from Harlequinade, they are separate types of characters. Whereas the clown is more reliant on slapstick (which was originally a prop carried by Harlequin), a harlequin is more akin to a Jester with more than just slapstick, but music, magic tricks, juggling and the like.
