Why no cutie mark. If I remember correctly in the episode I spotted this pony in there was a cutie mark on her flank. And I call her Scootabloo

Because in my particular fanon Archer is one of the CMC. Ergo this would be before she discovers her cutie mark. I needed another earth pony to round out the group. I already had three OCs and three CMCers but only one other background pony. So I decided to use a background pony. Since most of the others tended toward the red area I needed a blue one. So I picked Archer.
