I might need some more information. Her CM is a blue flower and two green lightning bolts, same color of eyes as SW with the hair and mane colors of SW reversed for her? How much younger is she? Foal form or adult?

she's just a little foal. Like Scootaloo's size. But yeah you got everything right. One of my pictures has details about her but I can't remember which but I imagine that that should be enough info for you?
