So Japan Expo USA was this last weekend, and I went with as Princess Cadance and she was my Chrysalis <3 (from My Little Pony) I improved my cosplay a bit, remaking the crown with actual gemstone thingies instead of craft foam (which I unfortunately stepped on while playing a dance video game), and I also made the crystal heart staff. It's made of expanding foam and paper mache, and the heart is made of clear plastic. People really seemed to like our cosplays! ^^ I'll upload more soon~Awesome photo taken by my sis

I figured out the shapes and cut the pieces myself through trial and error, kinda like a backwards puzzle. I got the plastic from things like the front plastic windows from the boxes that toys come in, I'm not sure where you can buy them separately
