It's Twinkle Moon! Ta-da!
Obviously this is based on the now old (10+ years!) anime, Sailor Moon. I recently rediscovered my love of this series, hence the random twisted fanart. This also features the Posse (of ultimate smex!). Although I bet Twink hates me now (Twinkle (to Cally): "If you don't slap this girl now, I'm gonna go sit on her! Just look what she did to me!").

So yes, random scary fanart.
