Very good.

Is the white on the gray not hard to print?
Also high-end laserprinters have problems with that today...

How much time do you needed for this with the design? (please be honest )

the grey printed fine, and the white sections on the side are actually spot UV. so base is all grey with the pattern in varnish.

took about 4 hours to do the menu, didn't have much time to do more than the initial concept, shame really!

typography perfect. like your colours and complsition .little book(kie) and little modern photoshop-art look like. i think if you mixed it with raw, scanned samples for example pjotos it will be destroying! .respect for you.

i like the modern feel derived from the use of only 3 to 4 colors. the borders and the imagery used (although very minimal... this is a good touch by the way) still places that classical 'indian ambiance' that the menu is supposed to contain. its modern, yet indian in a sense. i give this a . nice nice nice work

it's very good that you're interested in that kind of thing.
a lot of designers have no pre-press knowledge these days.

Spot colours are usually fine with printing places...
QuarkXPress and InDesign usually detect spot colours in the file (assuming it is sent in an .eps or .pdf format and NOT a flattened format) and if the pre-press department has a good workflow program... it will be a breeze to output the file.
