Criex - The Shifting Soulthief - An odd member of the Organization, with an unknown number. it is unknown if whether or not she was given a number, or she simply doesn't tell anyone what it is. Sora has had frequent encounters with her, each one unique. Sometimes she is a friend, and other times a foe. Her motives are unknown, but it appears she shows no true hostile intentions.

Name: Criex (Kree-ix)

Element: Energy

Proof of Existence: The Shifting Soulthief

Weapons: Spirit Renders. Two bracers on each wrist, with four sharp energy-based blades that hover above her own claws. The blades leave a trail when swung.

Criex is snarky and dislikes being told what to do. She doesn't take her job in the Organization seriously, and prefers to bother the other members instead of going on missions. She was first found roaming in Hollow Bastion by Xigbar, where he convinced her to join the Organization, informing her that she would be able to obtain a heart. Criex agreed, mostly because she had become bored, and wanted new things to do. She shares the belief -alongside Demyx - that she does in fact have a heart, going against what she had been previously told. Criex has begun to suspect her leader's true intentions, and is secretly trying to slow the Organization down by sabotaging missions and, on occasion, helping the Keyblader, Sora. Criex would rather mess with her enemies than fight them, but will not hesitate to retaliate - violently if need be - if she is provoked.

- Criex has made friends with a newer member, Goxak. The two are usually sent on missions together.
- She likes showing off, and tries to pull off new tricks and stunts, where she usually falls flat on her face.

Skills:
- Short, close range energy wave. Knocks targets in front of her back.
- She leaps towards her target, creating a damaging circle of energy where she lands.
- Launches a barrage of energy orbs at her target if they try to create distance from her.

Desperation Move:

"Alllright! You asked for it!"

- The screen darkens and she acquires a bright blue glow around her body, becoming invulnerable. She relentlessly peruses the player, cleaving the air in front of her with arcs of energy that increase in size. At the end of her attack, she leaps into the air and smashes the ground, sending out a wave of energy that can be reflected or jumped over.

In my head-cannon, Criex isn't a threat, like the other Organization members. She instead has a chance to appear in the world that Sora is currently in, and then once she appears, has a chance to either give Sora a random item, or stun him and steal some of his items. Once she steals items, she takes off and flees through a dark corridor. Of course, she doesn't think to close the portal behind her, so the player can follow her and engage in a mini boss battle to get their stuff back. Once she takes enough damage, she drops the items and flees into a second corridor, one she actually remembers to close.
When she appears, a notification appears at the top of the screen (Like when the game informs you of a mission goal, or if there is a rare heartless) that says "Criex is nearby!" From this point, she will either appear in front of the player, and give them an item, or appear behind them, where she leaps onto them, briefly stunning them, and then taking off.
If the player fails to defeat her (ie loses all HP and sees a continue screen) or refuses to pursue her, Criex may feel bad about taking the items, and later gifts may include the items she originally stole.

Quotes when giving an item:
"Here, catch!"
"Think fast, Sora!"
"Take this!"
"Picked out a nice one for ya!"

Quotes when stealing items:
"Incoming!"
"Yoink!"
"I'll be taking that!"
"You won't be needing this!"
