Well guys, can you tell that it is way too early in the morning and I didn't feel like doing a proper background! I sure as hell can. :/Long winded explanation time.
There is a part two, and for a good reason. Dr. Guy is in fact not a rapist, nore would he ever even consider it. It just so happens that he doesn't read other's emotions well, has a rather sick sense of humor, and neglects the fact that he is a very tall man covered in blood. Those three aspects combined do not make for a very smooth operator.
Mr. Cuddles to the rescue! Basically, Cuddles doesn't like Dr. Guy because Dr. Guy doesn't like Abigail. Since Tlamotu and Abigail adore each other, Mr. Cuddles is more than happy to go be her knight in rusty/bloody armor. Especially when it is Dr. Guy he gets to menace.
Dr. Guy does not understand your discomfort.

I don't approve of rape jokes but I like the different endings option you made there.
Dr. Guy seems pretty normal looking appearance wise in comparison to some of the other splicers living in Rapture. That's just my observation though.

To each their own. But yes, Dr. Guy isn't nearly as mutated as the rest of the denizens of Rapture, for a reason actually. It'll be explained later, but the gist of it is that he didn't take in nearly as much Adam as the rest of the splicers, allowing him to keep most of his sanity, and his physical appearance.
And yes, Mr. Cuddles to the rescue. :3

it was just the concept of just cursing an entire city for a black out that ruins your creeper moment. and the fact that that line could be used so many times in the game when something tries to kill you.
