Lovely colouration on this one. It fits in fairly well with the background you've chosen; a more complicated digita l background would take away from the details of the traditional and would likely not blend as well.

The wings look a little under-muscled or small, but it could easily just be a stylistic choice on your part. The scales look great; they could convincingly belong to a lizard with those colourations. Lovely job all around; looks quite good.

First off, Thank You! As for the wings, I read somewhere, maybe Tolkien, about dragon flight. They use hot air stored in thier bodies for flight. Like a hot air balloon, the wings are only used for steering. This is also where the "fire breathing" comes from. Releasing the hot air to desend, thier breath is so hot it ignites the surrounding air. Ok... I'll shut up now. Thanks again!
