There are other things missing too (which are VERY hard to get) such as the concept art books from DMC1 (can't remember what it's called) and DMC4 (Devil's Material Collection). You can easily look at the all the concept arts from the DMC4 one on Photobucket here [link]
And there are also DMC4 novels called Deadly Fortune Can't remember if they're in North America or Europe yet
