I guess I'm a little too fond of this character but I can't help it, he's just dawwwww ....

originally wanted to draw the exhaust of his jetpack too but it kinda looked like he was pooping clouds so I removed it XD you just have to imagine the jetpack to be there ^^

so here have a chibified SkyHigh (and yeah now that I write this I notice that his collar is wrong <_< meeeeh who cares, he's still adorable)
