I never read AoA, so I'm surprised to hear that Storm wasn't in it, long-time and popular X-Man that she is.
Very interesting design.Β The color scheme is awesome and suits her to a tee.Β The whole suit is different, but things like the shoulders and flowing white bits are also charmingly-familiar to her 90's Jim Lee suit.Β Just the right mix of innovation and tradition.
Then there's also the fact that she looks like a Mortal Kombat ninja.Β That's always a plus in my book.

She was in AoA and this is the outfit she wore. I'm actually reading this now. Found the comics online through Ebay....if you get a chance, pick it up! It's interesting to see what they have done with the characters.

Oh, she was? Β Awesome opossum. Β I was gonna say, passing up on Storm of all people would be a strange move. Β Considering AoA was from the 90's, I wonder if Storm's suit was in anyway inspired by the ninjas of Mortal Kombat...Prolly not.
I always knew it was a classic, so it feels like a must-read for any super hero fan. Β Thanks for clearing up the Storm thing and recommending the story.
