As odd as it sounds I believe she's a welsh fairy. lol. She's got teleportation powers that are really powerful and she can summon the soul dagger; a manifestation of her powers on a physical level.

Sadly, not the white queen. She speaks with an English accent because of her parent's british heritage I believe, but she's actually from New England, USA. I think.

Ah. So, her residence from Conneticutt was her birth home instead while her parents immigrated to the US from Britian. I see. Sorry.
Still, we got a good cast of mutant women from the UK and Ireland.
