Taken at the Arizona Renaissance Festival a few weeks back
I mentioned before that I absolutely love Twig, the fairy girl that frequents our faire.
She's absolutely adorable, like something that snuck out a Disney story.
My friend, Indigo and I went off exploring during our faire day and came across her in the middle of the street w/ no one else around her. She started playing her flute and it was beautiful. Then she gave us both small stones covered in glitter.
I love this picture because you can really see the detail in her costume (I had never seen the inscriptions on her flute before)
why aren't we making fae costumes right now?!

Gotta love Twig! I go to Scarborough Renaissance Fest, where I play a gypsy, so I have to pretend to be afraid of her... but she really is the most beautiful lady out there. Not to mention, she's really nice out of character. Basically, she has me convinced that she IS a fairy... just with out wings!

I know right!!! And seriously, she's so adorable. I don't know if you watch Julie & Scott's podcasts but if you check out the AZ faire one, she's in it and you can see how in character she is.
