This is my new snake, she's a Anerythristic Kenyan Sand Boa, 66% het AlbinoFemale
Born: 9/14/07

I just got her today, she's so cute and tiny! I'm used to my 5ft corn snake! She's like a little worm, smooth like water. I guess that helps with burrowing. But I only handled her a little bit today so I don't stress her out. Just enough to get a picture of her.
I'm planning to get a second one, a male so I can breed them. So any dibs can be called out now for a baby in about 2 years lol.

Nice anery! We've got an Anery male who will be a future breeder, and we just love him! Sand boas are seriously the neatest little snakes. (we have 3 atm)

lol yeah they're are pretty shy. and they don't do much. mine puffs up and flattens out when she's scared and then curls up like a ball python. she's nipped me once but with her being so small i hardly felt it lol. she was crabby though cause i got back from vacation and hadn't fed her. but i think they're the best starter snakes besides corn snakes

Yeah. Snakes are just wonderful pets. I'd like to get her a Sand Boa and myself a Rubber or Rosy Boa (can't decide yet, they're both native in my state).

yup! pretty much lol and if you have seen corns they get only 5 feet and compared to that its a big difference but she'll be a fat little sausage later XD and they have live births not eggs like others.
