Considering how many times I've read this series, I'm stunned I haven't drawn something of this ilk sooner.Sabriel and her seven bells, descending into the icy river of Death.
I'm pretty sure she has Saraneth out there... always an Abhorsen's favourite.

Loving the little details like seeing her breath and I gotta say I envy your ability to do hair and intense eyes like that. It's great to see you drawing again x3

I've yet to read Sabriel - but every time I see something about it, it just really stands out more and more to me.
I think I love her clothes the most - and she looks so TIRED! I love it! You're fantastic with the amount of details - and the water effects are brilliantly done!

The books go into a lot of detail about her clothes, as they're the sign of the Abhorsen. Which is brilliant, cos I love me some detail~
Also you'd be tired if you where wading up to your waist in water colder than the North coast! XDDDD
