I will add a proper description later... meh - probably about as "proper" as its gonna get now....

Helpful Hint - most windows desktop icons can be changed by right-clicking the icon, going under properties, then the "shortcut" tab and clicking "change icon" - Some however- like your user folder (or "My Documents" etc.) have to be changed a different way. here's how:

for Windows7 (and probably also Vista?) - right-click the desktop and go "personalise" - theres an option down the left-hand side that says "change desktop icons" - use that

For Windows XP - right-click the desktop and go "properties". Under the "Desktop" tab there's a button labelled "Customise Desktop" under that is where you can change things

If things still aren't changing - make sure you have administrator priviledges - if you don't then you probably should be asking whoever does before changing them anyway.

One other thing - if you have Skype you wont be able to change its icon - i think its one of their marketing ploys.... if anyone has found out how you can change it - please let me know

For other operating systems you'll have to google - sorry

These were made for replacing your windows desktop icons with... not all the fourteen different icons in the pack are shown here...

Gallifreyan symbols sourced from ~purplerhino and *Girl-on-the-Moon 's brush and shape packs respectively.

These work fine with XP and 7. Hit "Download" to get them but if your not sure how to use them on your OS then search google
