He was a lot more cooler and trippy when he was younger , actually he's pretty he old in here too , he and his crew just got a whole lot of ways to stay young , even as shinigami.But after like 400 years , all their sources dried , and after all the years that he should have aged slowly took him over , still he is not that old like yama-jii or something .D
Well he is definetely much more deadly with his younger self , as he slowly began to realize that everything will one day vanish including him and everyone around him,espacially his crew , which was his family for the last 600 years.
By now at the current time line , with his formula to staying young gone , he still looks a bit younger than he should.
He's 925 right now.But looks as much as old as Kyoraku or Ukiktake ( they are at least about 600-700 , but probably more than a 1000 considering they were graduated like more than 500 years ago at the very least)
