Description
This was a costume concept piece I had work up for me of a character I have in mind for a new villainess or possibly even an anti-hero or more minor nuisance type character.

I'll have her data sheet worked out soon, but right now her basic story is that she is a mutant with the ability to project the power of suggestion into peoples minds. She can cause weak minded people to carry out her bidding. She first uses this on her job(cocktail waitress hence the modified uniform) to get more tips from customers, but eventually she's discovered when she grows more bold and starts having customers do favors for her to help her financial gain. Instead of serving her jail time though she winds up getting nabbed by the government and they subject her to all kinds of medical tests to figure out how her power works, finding out she is a mutant in the process. The experiments develop more parts of her mind, giving her the ability to control certain parts of the minds of other people, mainly focusing on their pleasure and pain centers. Using this power she can cause a person to experience the illusion of extreme pain or pleasure. She can also manipulate and force them to experience dreams that are subject to her whims if they are unconscious at her mercy.
