Lol that's a good nickname. Most people are calling it Firefox, Mozilla, Kistune etc.
It' too early to decide which version, we don't even know the other pokemon or the version exclusives.

Yeah me too. I really hope that the designs aren't too weird. After ice-cream-mon and his family (Vanilluxe) I'm a bit worried for what they'll be rolling out this time.

Although I am a hardcore Gen 1 fan, always will be, I am really excited about this game.
I think it would be really awesome if they remade the original Red Blue and Yellow, but many people disagree with me. Whatever.

My fave gen is Gen 3. They were the first pokemon games I actually owned and played through completely.
Plus a lot of really cool pokemon came from that gen.

i have to agree with that. Fire red was the first I played because I borrowed my friends for a while but eventually had to give it back so i bought my own ^-^ but i do have to agree that some of the gen 3 pokemon are pretty cool

Awesome pic! They look ready to jump into action. Plus they are ADORABLE.
I was kind of (really really) disappointed that the announcement was not Hoenn remakes because the Hoenn games were my overall favorites and I would gladly lay down the money for a remake (and a 3DS if necessary) to re-experience them with new mechanics such as Wifi, new battle system, and more compatibility with other generations.
So when I first saw the news about gen VI, I was a little annoyed, but now that I've had some time to take it in, I'm kind of excited. Not sure if I'll buy a 3DS to play them, but there's a chance.

Yeah same here, I'm upset that Hoenn wasn't announced either. I was really hoping they'd finally remake it. It's my fav region too. Some people are saying that they will be the next games released after Gen 6, since it's the 10th anniversary of Ruby/Sapphire.
I'm going to wait a bit after the games come out to see if it's worth upgrading to the 3DS or not, but I'm still really excited haha

Yeah, I think it was a bit too soon for it, considering we only had Gen 5 for just two years so its a bit of a shock how Gen 5 may die out soon, but I'm not gonna let it die out on me!

It's too soon for Gen 5 to die out, it usually takes four years for the transition.
At least the new games include all previous gens
