Since she's tied to a rectangle, in a rectangular fashion...in a very secure manner, yet
If one were to draw a line from knee to knee, shouldn't that line lead to the same vanishing point as the edges of the table? It looks like her whole lower torso is positioned closer to the far side of the table, rather than centered, even though her upper torso and arms are centered and her mid section doesn't look twisted in any way.
It isn't IMPOSSIBLE.... at the very most all it implies is some loose ropes (the one going under the table holding her legs in place), and, it implies she's squirming, which is always more attractive than static. And the ropes around her knees going past her head to the far end of the table, the one from her right knee would be shorter than the one from her left. There isn't any visible knot, so it's possible that the rope simply loops around some fixed point and thus can move back and forth.
Was it your intention to skew it like that? It's still a very sexy picture, with amazing shading and linework, please take me with a grain of salt - I just point these things out because I'm not sure if you see them or not or if you meant them.
